We are a manufacturer of sandwich panels. Our main sandwich panels include: PU polyurethane, PIR, rock wool, and EPS. These panels are suitable for various scenarios such as cold storage facilities, industrial buildings, logistics warehouses, and equipment machine rooms, meeting the enclosure requirements for different applications.

Continuous Production Line Overview

Our factory operates a continuous sandwich panel production line. The entire process-from steel coil uncoiling and profiling, to core material foaming or laying, to pressure curing, cutting, and stacking-is completed in one continuous flow. PU and PIR are foamed inline, while rock wool and EPS are laid as pre-formed cores before lamination. The surface of the finished coreboard is smooth, and the density of the core material is uniform.

Product Introduction

4

PU

The most widely used sheet material for refrigeration and temperature control facilities. Among the five types, it has the best insulation performance and can save energy compared to rock wool boards of the same thickness.

Suitable for: Cold storage, industrial plants, warehouses, logistics centers.

PIR

Upgraded polyurethane. It has the same appearance, but it is fire-resistant, moisture-proof and has better heat resistance. It has reached the B1 fire rating standard. In humid environments and projects with high fire safety requirements, PIR is a safer choice.

Suitable for: Industrial and commercial buildings with fire inspection requirements, cold storage, chemical and power facility enclosures.

Rock Wool

Ideal for projects with strict fire protection requirements. Rock wool sandwich panels are A1 grade non-combustible, heat-resistant and have excellent sound insulation properties. Our flagship product is the polyurethane-edge rock wool sandwich panel. The rock wool on all four sides is fully sealed with PU, the panel edges are not prone to breakage, the moisture-proof performance is better, and the jointing is more uniform.

Suitable for: High-rise exterior walls, chemical plants, power facilities, workshops with sound insulation requirements. For projects demanding high surface flatness and moisture resistance, choose the polyurethane-edge version.

2EPS

EPS

The most economical option - it has good moisture-proofing properties, is lightweight and installs quickly. The drawback is that it is flammable. It is recommended for use in temporary buildings, construction barriers and simple warehouses, but should not be used in densely populated areas or as the exterior wall of permanent buildings.

Suitable for: Temporary site offices and warehouses, short-term hoarding, temporary facilities with tight budgets and no fire rating requirements.

How to Choose Core Thickness

Thickness directly affects the insulation performance and the cost of the panel. The choice of thickness needs to balance the budget and the usage effect. Here are our general suggestions:

For general industrial plants and warehouses: 50–75 mm. This is mainly used for the enclosure structures with moderate insulation requirements.

For cold storage and constant temperature buildings: It is recommended to use 50–100 mm of PU or PIR. The thicker the temperature, the greater the thickness required.

Exterior walls with fire protection requirements: 100–150 mm. Rock wool sandwich panels are preferred to balance fire protection and insulation.

For temporary buildings and temporary storage areas: 50 mm. EPS panels are sufficient to meet the basic enclosure requirements.
