Steel structure garage kits typically include the main steel frame, roof and wall enclosure systems, connectors, and hardware accessories. Some complete packages may also come with garage doors and foundation embedments, with specific configurations selected according to requirements.

1. Main Structure
Steel Columns and Beams:
Made of hot-rolled or welded H-section steel, forming the load-bearing skeleton that supports vehicle loads and roof loads.

Frame System
Primarily portal frame structures, including sloping rafters, frame columns, and gable end frames-most commonly used in single-story garages.

Bracing and Tie Rods
Column bracing and roof bracing ensure longitudinal stability. Rigid bracing uses angle steel, flexible bracing uses round steel, and tie rods are compression-resistant round steel tubes. Quantities are calculated based on local wind and snow loads.

2. Enclosure Systems
Roof and Wall Materials
1) Color-coated Steel Sheets: Standard thickness is 0.5mm; thickness and color can be customized.

2) Sandwich Panels
Rock Wool: Class A1 non-combustible, offering the best fire resistance, ideal for garages with strict fire safety requirements, though heavier and slightly less insulating than polyurethane.

Polyurethane (PU): Best thermal insulation performance, lightweight, suitable for temperature-controlled workshop-type garages; fire rating generally B1–B2.

EPS: Lowest cost and lightest weight, but moderate insulation and lower fire resistance; suitable for budget-conscious single-story garages requiring basic enclosure.

Purlins and Wall Beams
Use C-shaped or Z-shaped thin-walled steel sections to secure roof and wall panels and transfer loads to the main frame.

Edge and Flashing Components
Include edge trims, ridge caps, eaves, and other fittings to ensure waterproofing and sealing.

3. Connections and Hardware
High-strength Bolts
Used to connect primary structural members such as beams and columns; require periodic inspection of tightening torque.

Embedments and Anchor Bolts
Secure steel columns to concrete foundations.

Hardware Kits
Include hinges, rollers, tracks, springs, wire ropes, etc., for garage door installation and operation.

4. Garage Doors and Accessories
Garage Doors
Available as sectional steel doors, rolling shutters, or lift doors; electric or manual options available; dimensions and colors customizable.

Door Accessories
Complete sets including tracks, rollers, hinges, torsion springs, top brackets, etc., for easy installation.

5. Optional Components
Foundation Embedments:
Include anchor bolts, base plates, and anchoring plates for connecting the foundation to steel columns.

Drainage System
Includes gutters and downspouts for roof water runoff.

Customized Features
Solar carports can incorporate photovoltaic mounting systems; multi-level garages may include vehicle lifts, lifting drive mechanisms, and control systems.
