Process Flow

The manufacturing process of cold storage stainless steel sandwich panels mainly includes the following steps:

1. Prepare materials: Prepare stainless steel panels, polyurethane foam core materials, adhesives and other raw materials.

2. Positioning and cutting: Position and cut the stainless steel panels as required to ensure that the size and shape meet the requirements.

3. Make the sandwich: Make the polyurethane foam core material into the shape and size of the sandwich as required.

4. Bonding assembly: Bond and assemble the cut stainless steel panels and the prepared polyurethane sandwich core to ensure a firm connection between the sandwich core and the panel.

5. Press molding: Put the assembled sandwich core and panels into a press molding machine for pressing to form the required shape and size.

6. Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the pressed cold storage stainless steel sandwich panels, including appearance inspection, dimensional inspection, thermal insulation performance inspection, etc., to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.

7. Packaging and transportation: Pack the qualified cold storage stainless steel sandwich panels and transport them to the designated destination.

It should be noted that during the manufacturing process, the surface quality, flatness and thickness of the stainless steel panels need to be ensured, as well as the quality and density of the polyurethane foam core material to ensure the insulation performance and strength of the sandwich. In addition, the selection and use of adhesives is also one of the keys. It is necessary to select high-quality adhesives and strictly control the amount and time of adhesive application during use to ensure the bonding effect between the sandwich core and the panel.
