Junxing Minghua steel structure loft mezzanine can effectively expand the indoor space of the loft. But did you know that not all attics are suitable for building steel mezzanines? To build a mezzanine in the attic, the following two conditions must be met.
1. Junxing Minghua steel structure loft has sufficient floor height. Generally speaking, the lower edge of the new attic floor of a duplex residence is flush with the lower edge of the original first floor.
2. Junxing Minghua steel structure single-story attic floor,the lower edge should not be less than 2.6 meters. The internal clear height of the attic floor and roof shall not be higher than 2.4 meters and shall not be lower than 2.2 meters. This is based on the premise of being inhabited.
