Why This Configuration
Ammonia-Resistant
Poultry manure releases corrosive ammonia gas, which can cause damage to ordinary steel. To solve this problem, we use a 275g/m² per square meter hot-dip galvanizing coating and employ pre-sealed connection plates to prevent the gas from seeping into the bolt holes.
Climate-Sized Insulation
The thickness of the sandwich panel will be calculated based on the local temperature of your area, ensuring that the interior of the chicken house maintains the optimal temperature. An appropriate insulation and enclosure system can reduce fuel consumption by more than 25%.
